The NASA Boeing 747 Space Shuttle Carrier was cleared for Florida at Edwards
AFB but confusion
was only a hare away. Watch how this desert saga unfolds. In addition TTC created a KickPak
for the Microsoft Flight Simulator X Acceleration Edwards AFB scenery (KEDW).
The package includes
the Boeing 747 SCA, several aircraft displays on the ground around Edwards AFB and
updated
high-res ground textures. And all of this is 100% recession proof freeware.

The Microsoft ACES team released service pack 2 for Flight Simulator X. SP2 features many improvements across the board including support for DX10 hardware.
Flight Simulator X Service Pack 2 previews the new technology of DirectX 10 to enhance environmental effects such as bloom, realistic water, and virtual cockpit shadowing. You must have a DirectX 10 graphics adapter to enable the DirectX 10 features (the check box for DirectX 10 is not visible if you don't have compatible hardware).

Download SP2 from here:
http://www.fsinsider.com/downloads/Pages/FlightSimulatorXServicePack2.aspx

ps: You must install Service Pack 1 before installing Service Pack 2.

JetPakNG for MS Flight Simulator 2004 now FREEWARE

Hello Flight Sim Community,

...eine derartige Stadt habe ich im FS noch nie gesehen. Und das
Verrückte dabei ist, dass die Szenerie, die an Dichte alles in den
Schatten stellt, mit den mitgelieferten Fliegern eine hervorragende Framerate hat.

...I have never seen a city like this in FS. The crazy part is when you
use the included aircraft in the really dense city - a scenery that
makes everything else look obselete - you'll have a fantastic frame
rate.

JetPakNG & LunarPilot by Farmboyzim

THINGS-TO-COME have added a new twist to the flight sim world, and have done an excellent job modeling this historical piece of aviation and space exploration history!

Read more here:
http://www.farmboyzimsflightsims.com/Lunar_Pilot.html

LunarPilot Receives 5 Stars from ComPilots.com

Things-To-Come (TTC) are brilliant new developers programming
unique add-ons for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 (MSFS 2004)...
...LunarPilot is definitely different and it does something few others have
ever done. If you want a break from those heavy jets with complicated procedures, JetPak is right for you. Save one McDonald's meal and buy it - I'm sure that after you fly this, you'll want a real one for yourself! I highly reccomend JetPakNG!

http://fsstation.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=55&Itemid=40

They have introduced a great new dimension for flight simulator - I would never have thought I would have the opportunity to land on the moon right on my computer. It is simply amazing to fly over such complex city and pilot a detailed reproduction of an aircraft that very few astronauts had access. Lunar Pilot is amongst the best and most entertaining add-ons I have at the moment, and I highly recommend it to anyone willing to have an amazing new experience in his simulator.
