    A 320, 3D

Congratulation, the new A320 looks wonderful, with all this very, very detailed cockpit, BUT as I understand it, there is no 2D cockpit. I do not hope it is so. Please don´t make souch a huge mistake. The vorst flightsim program I ever paid money for, was Aerosofts "A 320 Pilot in Command" for FS9, as there was only a 3D cockpit, which NEVER worked as it should. That means that it have never been in the air, but hve been resting at the bottom of my drawer ever since.

    Best regards

    Bjarne Otto

    Hi Bjarne,

Many thanks for your input. We love to hear from fellow flight simmers what they like and don't like.
The 2D vs 3D cockpit is a very interesting discussion and you are not the only one out there requesting 2D cockpits.
I'll report back once we have a more detailed spec list of our A320 add-on.

    Thanks,

    Jurgen

    Hi,

ever thought of buying TrackIR. It realy gives you an extra dimension when you get into the 3D cockpit. So, if the cockpit is realy fully functional, keep with it.

Anyway, the cockpit looks very promissing.

    Greets,

I am setting up a system using XP, FSX, 4 touch screens and 2 standard screens. Understandably a 3D view is not applicable so I'm a 100% fan of 2D cockpits.
