    Lunarpilot and FSX

    Hi Jurgen,

Is there any way to manually install just the Lunarpilot LLRV, and not the scenery into into FSX so that it retains as much functionality as it has in FS2004?

     Thanks,

     Draxx

    Hi Draxx,

Well, you could but it won't work properly.

Little announcement, we are working on an updated LLRV (Lunar Landing Research Vehicle) for FSX. Stay tuned.

    Thanks,

    Jurgen

    Re: Lunarpilot and FSX

    Hi Jurgen,

For those people who have already purchased Lunarpilot who have FSX , it is possible to manually drop all of the vehicle files into their respective FSX folders with the following exceptions

    LLRV_starter_switch,  LLRV_lights_sounds,  LLRV_refuel_switch08  and  LLRV_ejectwind_d.  gauge files and the  fx_LLRV_CF-700  effects file

This seems to give a flyable funtionality to the LLRV.  Just don't try to change aircraft in flight or FSX crashes.

    Draxx.

    Re: Lunarpilot and FSX

I'v had this program for some time but wondering if a FSX installer patch has been created?

I installed everything manually but found the lunar laner was VERY unstable (spinning out of control) and the landscape was missing.

    Hi Ali,

You will have to also manually install the scenery and texture files from Lunarpilot to their respective folders in FSX.

Spaceville does work in FSX although some areas are missing or covered in water.

Try selecting a free flight with a standing start. The Friday harbour midflight start seems to induce an uncontrollable spin.
