    Sure will Jurgen.

I thought you guys had dropped off the face of the earth, I'm glad to see you've just been lurking in the background. Congratulations on your work for Aces too, I hadn't spotted your involvement and it's great scenery. Fancy creating one away from an arid landscape? ;)

    Regards,

you wrote in your description of the scenery addition, that you have included the MDD. I flown several times over the AFB, but i can't find anywhere! Can you tell me, where can I find, please?

     Thats a great addon scenery!!

    best regards

    Re: KickPak Overview

    Hello,

I downloaded all three files, the B747SCA lookss great.  Regarding the Edwards AFB Scenery Additions, the C-17, SR-71 and HL-10 do not show up at Dryden FRC and I do not see the MDD.  Also I do not see a F-22, B-52 or Blackhawk.  I may see a C-17, but I have MTX so this may be from MTX.  The possible C-17 is parked close to the defaulf F-16 chase planes.

I downloaded and installed the file twice.  I am wondering if the BGL update is causing the Edwards AFB Scenery Additions to not appear.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Regards,

    Rod

    Re: KickPak Overview

I found out what I was doing wrong for most of it, I copied the complete folder to the addon folder and what I needed to do was to copy the contents of the scenery and texture folders to their respect folders in the addon folder.

As with two other posters I still do not have the MDD though.

    Re: KickPak Overview

I fixed the MDD, I found file "MDDexclusion.bgl" in "Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Scenery\Cities\Edwards_AFB\Scenery\" and moved it to "Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Addon Scenery\Scenery\".  I have no idea how it got there or how it was generated, but when I moved it the MDD was there.

I have a question, I added the photo real scenery, how do you get rid of the existing FSX ramps and runways.  The FSX ramp and runways do not all match up to the photo real ramps and runways.  In the case of runway 06/24 there are now two runways, some of the new buildings are sitting half on ramps and the C-17 is in the middle of a ramp rather than in a parking spot.

    Regards,

    Rod

    Re: KickPak Overview

Thanks for the information, I also download this AFB and use it together with Megascenery SoCal, great!
But one problem comes, the two B-52s hide part of their body in buildings, the X-15 or something has only upper part of its body. and the Sr-71 has no gear and no building by it and no fens no lamp.when I use Heli fly close to the B-52 the building which cover b-52 dispear accationally. I tried to make the addition up to the original first, and then put assition below to original in scenery list. both failed.

I use FSX SP2. as Readme said, I put original in FSX/scenery/cities   and put the addition in FSX/ addon scenery

any mistake I made? or ..?

    thanks alot

Hey Jurgen!  Thanks for the great stuff.  It seems that you guys are still making top of the line goodies for us all to enjoy!

I have been gone for quite a while..  Love the look of the new site (it's new to me.. lol)  I hope you remember me..  I did one of the original reviews of Jetpack.  Remember me now?  :)    (Greg of FSDU)

Anyways, I am really looking forward to everything upgrading to FSX...  I will definately be getting it when it does.

     - Greg
